The Board of Directors establishes and oversees major administrative policies governing the affairs of IEATA, such as planing and implementing strategies for growth and development; directs the organization's programs and other duties that are consistent with the organization's objectives.

|
Administrative Assistant
IEATA offers (1) paid Administrative Assistant position who is NOT part of the Board of Directors.
The Administrative Assistant supports the organization by responding to general phone and email messages and/or directs them to the appropriate Board Member for handling.
The current Administrative Assistant is graciously volunteering her services until March/2005.
