FUNDRAISING & ADVANCEMENT COMMITTEE *Pending Addition

The Membership and Administrative Committee oversees administrative tasks which include collecting and maintaining membership files, process new and renewal memberships, correspondence and communication regarding membership benefits and categories, and updating the mailing and membership lists.

The Governance Committee duties are to maintain the structure and communicative flow of the organization, suggest revisions to governing documents with the support and guidance of committee members, protect the legal integrity of the association, be a neutral mediator in member concerns, hopes, conflicts, and alleged violations of the code of ethics, keep the by-laws alive and oversee the nomination process, create a feedback process regarding the functioning of the organization and process these issues.

*Pending Addition of Future Planning suggests that the Governance Committee can oversee the basic direction and planning of the organization such as areas of financial planning, advancement programs and operations.

*Pending Addition of Fundraising and Advancement suggests that this Committee oversee avenues in which IEATA can secure financial resources for everyday operational expenses, conferences, committee expenses and future growth of IEATA. This committee may work in collaboration with Future Planning.
