East-West Exchange of Clinical Practice, Research, Community Projects and Contemporary Trends
October 8-10, 2015. Hong Kong
We are creating a global community that promotes the gifts of both the east and the west through mutual respect and aesthetic reciprocity. More that 400 participants from 26 countries gathered to exchange culture, ideas, to inspire and be inspired in the flowing Tao of expressive arts.
The conference created such good energy and communication. Challenges algo emerged from our global community. As we become a much more international community, one question that emerges is how do we embrace a diversity of emerging models that preserve one´s cultural identity while emphasising the collective benefits of a global community? This will be a continuing dialogue for IEATA® and its future international members.
Hopefully with the Tao coming home to China, and honouring the ancient wisdom of the East, the “way” of expressive arts can evolve in a meaningful way in our struggling planet.
