Flexible & equitable membership options
IEATA is committed to making conference registration prices equitable, no matter where you reside. Fees are structured according to Category I and Category II/III of the Human Development Index.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, we are accepting scholarship applications to help with the cost of registration through January 31, 2025. Click HERE to complete the form.

Room & Board Options
Register to Stay on Campus
Onsite lodging is available for rent at Endicott College in their Residential Dormitories. They offer single and double occupancy rooms. All room reservations come with a daily meal pass that includes Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner!
Option available to purchase a double occupancy room as a single if you prefer not to be roomed with another attendee.
All rooms are accessible by elevator. Please email conference@ieata.org if you have other physical restrictions that need addressed.
Residency Room Types
Residency Hall
Bayview Rooms: Hotel Style Housing; Double occupancy rooms only. Individual bathrooms in each room
Venuti Hall Rooms: Apartment style; 4 bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms (2 single & 2 double occupancy rooms)
Apartment style; 2-3 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom (mix of single & double occupancy rooms)
Single versus Double Rooms
Single Occupancy – you will have your own bed in a single unshared room (bathroom and living space may be shared based on Residency Hall selected). Only one person is permitted to stay in single occupancy rooms.
Double Occupancy – you will have your own bed in a shared room with another attendee.
*Double Occupancy Rooms can be purchased as an individual room.
Room Registration
Please complete the conference registration form and select your preferred room type. Additional instructions are included on the registration form.
*IEATA will partner those registering for double occupancy rooms based on requests from attendees and then based on sexual orientation. Please email conference@ieata.org if you have any questions.
