Ways to support the expressive arts

IEATA® is a 501(c)3 public charity governed by the laws of the United States (Tax ID: 94 3203797). Your donation may be tax deductible!

Anin Utigaard Scholarship Fund (AUS)

Gifts to this fund will support IEATA members who are experiencing financial hardship and/or having difficulty paying their membership fees or renewal fees.

In these difficult times, your donation will support many who have been ongoing members of IEATA.

Social Action Committee Fund

IEATA is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in our membership and our events.

Donations to this fund allow us to offer discounted or free memberships and/or access to our events, given to staff members of NGOs that are invested in the use of the expressive arts to promote social justice.

General Fund

Give in support of IEATA’s efforts in building and sustaining OUR worldwide community and promoting professional excellence and standards of practice in the field.

Donations to the general fund are allocated to wherever they’re needed most, giving us flexibility to make the biggest impact.

Why donate to IEATA?

As an international association and registering body, IEATA collects membership and application fees—so you might be wondering why we’re also requesting donations.

And we understand! We’re only asking because donations make such a big difference.

To be frank, IEATA’s fees represent the minimum required to keep our global organization running.

We keep fees as low as possible (including a sliding scale based on country of residence) so that membership remains equitable and accessible—because the expressive arts are for everyone.

Generous gifts of time, money, and energy are what allow IEATA to not only survive but to truly thrive as a mission-driven organization for growth and healing.
